Security is a joke. There is the still unsolved murder. YES A TENANT WAS MURDERED IN THEIR APT. Hot Tub is typically dirty and the blower is broken more often than not. I lived in the townhouse style. Beware that sounds travel through the wall and ceiling like paper. When the resident on the floor above went to the bathroom or even coughed it was like they were in the next room with the door open. Every time they flush the toilet you will hear a big woooshing sound as the water flows rushing past.

The units in the taller building are cheap so I guess that is why they attract the lower end kind of tenants. It is a dorm atmosphere.

The free food at the once a month get together is pretty pathetic. It basically attracts the type of people who all about FREE and they don't care that the food is crappy. A better alternative might be to suggest that they apply for food stamps if they haven't already.

I watch alot of people get sued for breaking their lease.

I'VE LIVE HERE 4 THE PASS 5 YRS THE WALLS IT'S TURE,THE HOT TUB WKS NOW IT'S HOT.THE FOOD HAS GOTTEN LOTS BETTER WITH THE NEW STAFF HELP .NEW OFFICES STAFF WITH SMILES BUT 1 & THIER RETRANING HER 2 B PRETTY SOTFER.THE CLASS OF PEOPLE COME & GOSE.IT'S MUCH BETTER THE LAST OF THE CAR REPARTING ,LOSS DOGS,TOWELS ON BALCONY HAS LEFT 4 THE PARK WHER THIRE FROM.THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE LOW CLASS PEOPLE MAKE IT NOT.VERY CLASSES PLACE WE NOW HAVE REAL PARTIES 4 THE DIFFERENT HOILYDAYS 4 ALL U NITE PEOPLE.
