I HAVE LIVED HERE TWO YEARS AND COULD NOT BE MORE DISSATISFIED. YOU WOULD THINK THAT AT THESE PRICES AND LOCATION YOU WOULD HAVE A GOOD MANAGEMENT TEAM, GOOD SECURITY AND GOOD MAINTENANCE STAFF. THERE IS NONE OF THAT. MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, MAINTENANCE IS RUDE AND IRESPONSIBLE AND THERE IS NO, I REPEAT, NO SECURITY. THERE ARE COURTESY OFFICERS THAT SPEND THEIR TIME TAGGING CARS PARKED IN HANDICAP ZONES AND WHO WORK EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE DOCKMASTER, NOT THE APARTMENT/CONDO MANAGEMENT. CALL ONE WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND THEY TELL YOU TO CALL THE POLICE. ELECTRICITY BILLS ARE UNBELIEVABLY HIGH, GARBAGE PICK-UP HAS BEEN CUT WAY BACK TO WHERE IT PILES UP OUTSIDE THE APARTMENTS AND THE PLACE IS FILTHY DIRTY. RACOONS CONTINUOUSLY GO THROUGH THE TRASH RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR APARTMENT, SNAKES ARE ABUNDANT AND WILL BE CURLED UP AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR STAIRWAY. PEOPLE WALK THEIR DOGS AND LET THEN ---- ALL OVER THE WALKWAYS AND GRASSY AREAS AND DON'T PICK UP THEIR CRAP. EVERYONE COMPLAINS BUT NOONE AT MANAGEMENT DOES ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. MY CAR HAS BEEN HIT TWICE IN THE PARKING AREA IN FRONT OF MY APARTMENT BY HIT AND RUNS AND NOONE HAS EVER THOUGHT OF LEAVING A NOTE. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGEMENT THEY TREATED ME LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT. BOAT OWNERS AND CREW PARK THEIR CARS, WORKERS VANS AND TRUCKS IN THE PARKING SPACES IN FRONT OF THE RESIDENCES AND THEN LEAVE FOR DAYS AND WEEKS REQUIRING THE RESIDENCES TO PARK AWAY AND OUT OF SITE FROM THEIR UNITS. MANAGEMENT AS WELL AS THE DOCKMASTER COULD CARE LESS. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS RENTING THE UNITS AND FILLING THE DOCK SPACES.

I just cannot believe snakes every where. They dont have snake catchers. If the water is salt water at marina I thought you really wouldnt have to worry about snakes to much. Also why not complain to the board of health. I have complain and they are good about coming out, they are strict because i have used them in the pass. I was thinking about renting there until you posted this review, "I am scared to death of snakes. Also who got killed in their apartment and what year was that, I never heard anything about that on the news and what apartment building were they living in, I hope it was not going to be the same apartment they were going to rent to me. That sounds scary also. Thanks for your review.
