Great location near 3 major malls, right near access to NS and EW highway thoroughfares, well maintained with very friendly and efficient maintaince men, great views of golf course and lake.

Negatives: Zero security or gates, office staff changes almost monthly and can be abrupt at times, many dogs on property defecating everywhere, sound dampening is very poor, I hear every snorer, television set and conversation, rent is raised 7% yearly. Better values elsewhere. I'm a 4 year resident now planning to leave.
