The place is nice but ...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Since Equity Apartments bought it, it seems they are more interested in collecting the money than in keeping the community nice, clean and in good shape.

I lived there 3 years and every month it seems that, in general, everything was worst than the previous month.
