Apartment was filthy when I moved in. My counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom were painted.. Yes with Paint on purpose nothing like the formica I saw when showing me model. The people before must have had a dog because all the molding and fixtures are missing chunks. My Refrigerator and Oven and heat did not work. Make sure you look at your specific apartment before moving in. Took them over 2 months to fix these things. They never show up or call you. Bad Bad maintenance
