Vision development had just purchased the complex.

Vision is HORRIBLE, staff is EXTREMELY rude, has lost/misplace my file several times. I have sent letters via certified mail stating complaints in writing, claim to have misplaced/never received (HAVE THE RETURN RECEIPT). Owner ISADORE COHEN cares nothing for current residents.

MOLD in EVERY apartment (have had 3 different units) A/C always leaks, water leave orange ring around tubs & sinks.

Property / pool / common areas not taken care of.

ISADORE COHEN is TRYING to convert to condos, DO NOT BUY or RENT.

Is the new owner expected to repair three years of mismanagement and neglect in 30 days? No, it's impossible. However, now the property is looking sharp, looking beautiful, and the facilities are renovated and sparkling. The apartments have been repaired and the residents are humming. Come see the new Isles at Lago Mar.

I have lived here for 6 years and when I first moved in it was beautiful, over the last 4 years it has drastically gone downhill. The staff in the office including Marlene are very unaccomodating, when you complain she always has the answer to speak to someone else or she is never on- site, the maintenance crews are drug addicts. They promise you everything just to get your money. No repairs are ever done & they do not give you your security deposit back when you move out. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Too much money for what you get. And they rent to anyone without background checks, a bunch of scumbags live here !!!
