This place sucks, office staff rude and inconsiderate. Grounds are disgusting, rats everywhere, no lights, but they want us to walk our dogs in designated area at night with no lights what so ever. New owner Izadore Cohen is arrogant, nasty and only cares about lining his pockets, do not rent or buy here. Maintenance used to be good until Luis left. Now forget it, unless you want criminal, ogling individuals in your apartment.

We think this person didn't got any presents for Xmas, since he's such a grouch. Everyone is invited to come meet the rude people, because we can't find them here.
