The new staff is very unfriendly and not very helpful. This place is not as safe as it was 6 years ago.There are rats roaming about.The new maintance staff is uncaring and quite insufficent in there trade.
The office manager is not helpful.The other staff members have an attitude problem.
This place has progressivly declined,
the new owner,Mr Cohen,shows no concern.
Being a resident here for more then 6 years saddens me to see what is happening.SHAME ON YOU Mr.COHEN AND MANAGER.

The rodent problem occurred because the City of Sunrise was twice unable to pick up trash. For almost a week after Hurricane Katrina, in September, and for over a week in late October and early November, there was no pickup of garbage. Anywhere in the area. As soon as it was picked up, we had our pest control contracted and licensed people do the applications and they cleaned up the problem. No more rodents. As to our staff, we have letters from tenants testifying to their excellent behaviour and courteous demeanor. Maybe you are the tenant we evicted for non payment. |
