This place has been great the WHOLE 7 years we have lived here. The office is awesome and the new owner will do anything my neighbors or I need. Maintenance is still top notch and we are recovering pretty well after the hurricane with our landscaping, new roof tiles, and new fixtures throughout our complex. I would highly recommend purchasing a unit here, it has great access to the major freeways and Sawgrass Mills Mall. And also has a unique floor plan especially in the kitchen and solarium.

LOSER, you must work and NOT LIVE HERE!! You wouldn't be saying this if you were breathing in MOLD everyday and looking at RATS at night!!! Who other than someone reading the brochure would refer to the only windows in the apartment as a "solarium"? This was obviously not written by a tenant.
