Manager Response is available.
Property has been run down by Equity, but since new management came, it looks like the property is getting all the attention it was lacking. New lighting in place, new pool furniture & umbrellas and the fitness center will be top notch. Club house is brand new & renovated, cant wait to see whats next. Highly recommended!

This can only be someone from the new management company. Residents know this has been a steady decline since the managment change and fantasy condo conversion. The only recommendations residents are making, is for moving companies. |

Actually the opposite is true...since Equity sold, this property has gotten very little attention. As the others have said, this comment has either been made by new owner, or a member of his staff. Shame on you!
