Staff writting comments to boost their ratings! All staff member are VERY unprofessional, will not return calls. Maintence rarely shows up and when they do it take multiple trips over atleast a weeks time. Apartments are CRAP, want to sell "AS IS" as condos for $250k. No upgrades to their existing "POS apartments" with bad wiring, leaky windows, bad coutertops, just over all YUCK. DON'T BUY HERE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! There are covering up mold damage... beware!!

All are invited to see for yourself that a few "spoil sports" are talking up some stuff that is simply untrue. Not one will post their email address because of obvious reasons. We are enjoying brisk sales, and we will be sold out in weeks. Don't miss the party.

The manager response clearly shows the cockiness of the staff. All tenant complaints that I have read on this site have been completely accurate. E-mail addresses are not posted due to fear of being targeted by the staff. Drive through the complex and take a look at the employees- I certainly would not allow any of them in my apartment for repairs without me present, I would even be concerned having them in while I'm alone.

Shame shame, that's judging a book by it's cover. The workers are dirty because... brace yourself... they WORK. They don't get to stay in an air conditioned office all day.
