Isles of Lago Mar ....This community used to be an overall nice and well maintained place to live in. There were problems here and there (noise and not much storage) but it was ok. Now, the list of problems is so long. Among them: Rudeness of the staff, extremely slow response to maintenance issues. You often have to wait long time and/or make many requests to have things fixed. After Hurricane Wilma, you could observe units left with broken windows for weeks. When getting ready the sales office was a priority, broken glasses left on the ground here and there were not. I saw several times rats around the pool area. There are some mold in my unit and a lot of rust in both bathrooms. To the exception of one member, the administration staff is very difficult to deal with. Also know if you are interested to buy, that the units are not well soundproof so if you are ready to purchase one for 260K , pray to have quiet neighbors.
