The property is progressively going down. What was once a comfortable place to live is now occupied by distasful tenants who have no respoect for others. If you live on the first floor you can hear EVERYTHING in the apartments upstairs. The shared breezways echo all noise making it very disturbing at times. Because there are no balconies, many tenants use the breezways to smoke, talk on the phone, etc. As a result there are frequently cigarette butts litering the walkway. The trash situation is disgusting- all trash has to be driven to a community dumpster which is always overflowing. There are frequently rats and racoons in the area. In the past there have also been issues with water mocassins near the canal (these are poisonous snakes so this poses a big danger especially if you have pets or children). If you are looking for a comfortable living environment without disturbances, this is not a great place. I am looking forward to the end of my lease! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

If you would loke to come forward and discuss this in the office, we could rectify whatever are your valid complaints. Please come sit down with Amber, our community manager, so that we can make you happy to be here. You do not need to wait for the end of your lease, please come in to discuss any legitimate issues.
