Ive lived here over a year, & i dont see improvement other then the new remodeled units. If you got what $300,000 BUY A HOUSE. The walls are THIN, YOu will hear the people around you, above you, below you. I hear nothing but stomping, yelling , music, toilets flushing, crying kids all day & nite at all hrs from the 3 people around me. The grounds are not kept up there is garbage all over, especially by bushes & in the parking lot, most being left by workers, painters, lawncare. I still have stuff not repaired since i moved in, even after new owners. And BUGS, i never had any until they sprayed for them a mth ago. NOt to mention NO notice they were coming into my apartment, i never asked for it & i never gave permission to enter when im not home. i have pets & Not to mention ive had credit cards & a camera missing since then.
BEfore buying talk to tenants & check out the unit your buying cause the model is just that A MODEL. Your better off with a house.

Excuse us, but apartment prices here at the Isles at Lago Mar start below $200,000. This is affordable housing in a golf and lake view community. If you can find comparable homes, in West Broward County, the prices would be over $400,000. How come every complainer is Anonymous, it seems like it may be a very small number of residents who are unhappy, for whatever reason. If you don't like it, why don't you leave? We, the Management of Isles at Lago Mar, have a tenant policy that allows you to leave early, and break your lease, for certain legitimate reasons. The Lease and State Law allow the landlord access to units, incidentally, for service and inspection. No one has ever filed a report of missing items from an apartment, so who are you? An anonymous silent "victim", no doubt.

The apartments that start below 200,000 are 1 bdrm dumps with mold and crumbling walls, look elsewhere, again perfect example of rudeness of management, nice job Izzy!!!!

Oh, I wouldn't call the one bedrooms a dump, just small, especially if you collect garbage. I bet nothing was stolen, you're just looking to get some free stuff. Signed, not the management, but I'm still rude.
