After the hurricane it took the property awhile to get to normal, but it seems like it is coming together. All the roofs have been prepared and some landscaping fixed. I love the easy access to 595 and 75. Only 15 minutes to FLL. Only bad thing is that rents have been going up in the area including here. The other thing is that I had a leak after the hurricane, but it was fixed.
