As I stated back in January, yes the place does look somewhat better only because they're trying to boost sales of this crap property. The hot tub they try to entice you with,that they proudly show every prospective buyer has not worked for 6 months now, the "beautiful pool area"is a lawsuit waiting to happen, since they painted the floor about a week ago, its like a skating rink, several kids and adults have taken some nasty falls, its only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt.

The maintenance staff here is another story, I guess when they're not getting high around the back of buildings or peering into womens windows, or strutting naked in thier apartments they're decent people.

The rat problem is still a problem, especially if you live near the garbage. (not the staff), I have called and reported this and still it seems to be problematic.

My stove has been broken for 3 months now, everytime I ask the supervisor, Mike about it, he keeps telling me the part is not in yet, its really ok though, my other 3 burners work and I really do not want him in here anyway.

The women that I am friendly with here all agree with me regarding the supervisor and are all creeped out by him, he stares them down and makes it very obvious. He a friggin pervert. My advice find yourselves a new supervisor.

The parking situation here was horrible, now that their assigning spots, I can only anticipate them getting much worse.

I will write more soon, very aggravated over this place and cannot wait to move.

You can leave now, please. We are refunding deposits to all tenats who wish to leave, with proper notice. The pool is not for horseplay or running, it is for proper use and supervision of resident children by adults. If this is a crap property, go lease elsewhere, and see what you pay for and get. Not one "complainant" identifies themselves, gives their email address, or comes to the office. We wonder why.
