OK, Now we have issued identifying shirts for the tenats, and what abuse ?? The previous landlord, Equity, deferred all maintenance for the new owner ( us) and now we order parts to do the repairs. This is a condo conversion, we are selling apartments, and we are doing excellent in a slower Florida environment, due to our superior product and location. My advice to the tenants : Buy, don't cry.

The manager is correct here, buy - don't cry. Well, buy somewhere else :-)
The attitude from the manager indicates what all us tenants (current an previous - like me) have known for a while - all they want to do it to sell the apartments.
To the current tenants, from a previous tenant, look around - you would be surprised what you can get these days!! Sunrise is overpriced right now because of the hype going on with the big projects near Sawgrass, but there are some good condo/townhouse deals in Davie and Pembroke Pines - even some on Weston.
Buy, don't cry - well buy your way out of there!!
