Once again the Isles at Lago Mar has successfully screwed things up. It is nice to see new painted parking lot but the price we tenants have to pay. There is not excuse for the lack of intelligence that the office manager and staff and lets not forget the maintenace crew have. How could anyone in busness especially the crew from the Isles at Lago Mar survive in busness. Today is Saturday when everyone is off from work these jerks paint the parking lot. The following are complaints that need to be addressed immediately or we all should get together and file a class action suit.
1. Office staff including manager, are rude and tell us to move out if we don't like how they do things it is there way or the high way. The profound language is always spoke indirectly and directly at the tenants this needs to stop immediately.
2. The supervisor is a pervert looking at women in an offrnsive manner. A lot of women do not want him in there apartment. The women are very uncomfortable here wtih this pervert.
3. Maintenance do not answer any of there calls and when they do they tell you they need to order a part. You don't see them ever again. I am tired of being lied to.
4. It is time we all pull together and stop this abuse we are receiving. What happened to employees wearing a uniform or some kind of identification that they work here. The maintenace crew looks like hoodlums someone you don't want in your apartment.

OK, Now we have issued identifying shirts for the tenats, and what abuse ?? The previous landlord, Equity, deferred all maintenance for the new owner ( us) and now we order parts to do the repairs. This is a condo conversion, we are selling apartments, and we are doing excellent in a slower Florida environment, due to our superior product and location. My advice to the tenants : Buy, don't cry.

The manager is correct here, buy - don't cry. Well, buy somewhere else :-) The attitude from the manager indicates what all us tenants (current an previous - like me) have known for a while - all they want to do it to sell the apartments. To the current tenants, from a previous tenant, look around - you would be surprised what you can get these days!! Sunrise is overpriced right now because of the hype going on with the big projects near Sawgrass, but there are some good condo/townhouse deals in Davie and Pembroke Pines - even some on Weston. Buy, don't cry - well buy your way out of there!!
