Overpriced, bad investment.

I don't know what the owners think they have here. Who is going to pay in the 270's for a 2 bedroom condo with no view or 300k with a decent view. Sunrise is nice, but it is not the beach or coral gables! 3/2 houses across the street in savanah are selling for 315-330 (check the mls). Or you could go to any condo conversion in the area and pay 240 for the same thing. Be careful and do your homework before you buy. oh yeah, my unit is not made out of cement, it is wood with a layer of cement. I hear everything.

The answer is: Location, Location, Location One half mile from Sawgrass Mills Mall, by "A" schools, universities, $1M+ homes on the golf course and in Plantation Isles, people paying over $300 psf ($1M+) for neighboorhood homes, so if you want to save money, go to Coral Springs. Please remember the old saying " You get what you pay for". |
