One half mile from Sawgrass Mills Mall, by "A" schools, universities, $1M+ homes on the golf course and in Plantation Isles, people paying over $300 psf ($1M+) for neighboorhood homes, so if you want to save money, go to Coral Springs.
Please remember the old saying " You get what you pay for".

lol you get what you pay for? 200K for paricle board walls,leaking roof,poor wiring,mold EVERYWHERE
