Test for mold. Everyone I know who lives there have some. Took almost a year to fix window broke in hurricane last year. Maintenance is almost non existent. Office staff is the worst. Rude unbelievable . Dog poop and garbarge just sits there. No one ever cleans. Even the people that work there dump their trash on grouds. Maintenance supervisor caught peeking in quite a few of my neighbor's windows. Pervert. Buying.. way over prices.. My counter tops are made of painted metal in the bathroom and kitchen. My bedroom window leaks when it rains.

1. No mold , anywhere, stste certified inspection. Almost a year to fix windows ? How about 17 days ?? Office staff all have over 10 years experience each, not rude, but we bend over backwards to service tenants who think they are entitled to more than they are, and previous tenants with under market rents sometimes who are upset that we are selling the beautiful apartments to users who appreciate a nice place to live.
