There is no mold, certified, and there are no insects, certified by state inspectors. We raised the prices because we can, there is great demand for fine housing.How can we be overpriced when the direct neighbors are over $300 psf, and $1M plus homes ?

MOLD IS HIDDEN WITH WHITE SPRAY PAINT! I TOLD MAINTENANCE ABOUT MOLD ISSUE AND THEY HANDED ME A CAN - SAID "this is all we will use" lol RETARDS!!!! wait till yourwater heater falls thru the floor, maybe they will fix it in a month or 2, lame as hell, ISADORE is linning his pockets
