Be careful if you are thinking about buying here. Yes, the property has a great location, but that is where everything stops. I heard they raised the prices and increased the realtor commissions to pay the difference. Now the place is way overpriced. If you buy bring an inspector, because they might be hiding mold or an insect problem.

There is no mold, certified, and there are no insects, certified by state inspectors. We raised the prices because we can, there is great demand for fine housing.How can we be overpriced when the direct neighbors are over $300 psf, and $1M plus homes ? Location, Location, Location, baby.

MOLD IS HIDDEN WITH WHITE SPRAY PAINT! I TOLD MAINTENANCE ABOUT MOLD ISSUE AND THEY HANDED ME A CAN - SAID "this is all we will use" lol RETARDS!!!! wait till yourwater heater falls thru the floor, maybe they will fix it in a month or 2, lame as hell, ISADORE is linning his pockets
