I was trying to buy an apartment at Lago Mar. After numerous unsuccesful requests to see the unit I bought, I had to cancel. I asked about 4 times to see the inside of the apartment, but they always had an excuse not to show me. Of course I got scared and cancelled because after 15 days I know that they wouldn't return my deposit even if the unit was destroyed inside. Too many problems, very unorganized and unprofessional.

| This sounds like either a competitor or a liar. We have sold almost 200 apartment homes in less than six months, and our staff provides access immediately to view the unit. If there is a tenant, we like to give 24 hours notice to the resident, as a courtesy. We can provide the names of happy buyers, as well as the name of our property management co., the largest in the State of Florida. | |

And, when I was living there, I wouldn't GIVE access to my apartment as it was messy all the time.
