Louie was the previous maintenance overseer and was a knowledgeable, decent and efficient caretaker. Louie's 19 year old son died tragically and the owner, Mr. Cohen told him to take a week off to grieve. Louie went to New York with his wife to visit family and when he came back, the low life crew here now had been hired and Louie was fired! That's the kind of person the new owner is. Enough said.
