Wrong ! We have over 250 cashed refund checks in the past 2 years paid to proper-notice "move outs". Management

Be patient, REMIND THEM YOU LEFT A DEPOSIT. It took several months to get ours back, but we DID get it! Yes, they took a cleaning fee. I would do same. Did you steam clean your carpet when you left? No? There's your cleaning deposit.
