I lived there for 2 years/nice location then it went downhill about bought out by Lago Mar. It's been over 2 months and still can't get my deposit back. I now live in another state and will have to seek legal actions and come back there to deal with this!

I feel for you. The only way I got my deposit back was to park my butt in the office and screamed - several times !! If you need some assistance feel free to e-mail me at Davie_FL_guy@yahoo.com. I had fun fighting with them !!
