This place is so messed up I don't even know where to start. First of all the area is very nice and close to everything and the apartments themselves are laid out nicely, especially the 2nd floor ones with the high ceilings. But that is pretty much all the nice stuff! I lived here for a few months and I could not wait to move out.

I had electrical problems frequently where my power would get shut off for no reason or an appliance would blow a fuse.

I had problems with my water heater for over a month and the office was too incompetent to do anything. I had to threaten to withhold my rent because they were taking so long to fix my heater.

The post office left me lots of notices to pick up my certified mail, but I never recieved any of them. The only time I found out was when one of the senders told me to pick up a certified letter he mailed to me, and there were a bunch waiting for me at the post office!! Someone was pulling the notices off my door!

There are groups (or should I say gangs) of teenagers roaming around at night. I did not feel very safe. They would drive around very fast with very loud music.

The people who work in the office are always disgustingly rude and never pick up the phone.

And finally, they will steal your deposit!! They will take out $125 or more for a "cleaning fee" even if you leave your place sparkling clean! The girl at the office told me they take it out or everyone's deposit no matter what.

Do not move here!! You're an idiot if you bought here!

I am just looking for an apartment. It sounds like "amag" (response above) prob works at this place. The employees at these places should just change what's wrong instead of arguing or posting fake blogs.

Amag is right. The office staff is rude and don't get me started on the woman that answer the phone that can't speak proper English.
