this place has the worst bunch of low life maintenance around, there is a crime ring inside of this complex as well. many cars have been stolen from the parking lot and i am near certain that one of those fake new yorker maintenance men is directly involved!

| Yes, I am the owner/developer with over 30 years real estate experience. Every employee has been background checked and has over 10 years experience. The few stolen cars were obviously targeted by amateurs, and City of Sunrise statistics bare out we are the lowest crime rate in Broward County. Come to the office and make a complaint. That will do a lot of good. Mr. Isadora Cohen could care less. He drives away in his BMW or Mercedes and doesn't think twice about the people that are getting screwed.
