This place sucks!
The people are nice enough to lure you in and then that's it!
The apartment falls apart..bathroom wall, garbage disposal, stove,etc.
Very cheap appliances. Trash is walkways and pet pick up not enforced.
One of the neighbors actually called to have someone's car towed for parking in their parking space and left nasty notes on the car. How anal!
Not uncommon to hear shots, fireman or loud music. Even with police staying in building, there is still no comfort of safety.
Still waiting for my deposit!
The pits...could not wait for lease to be up! Stay away!

Sounds like you are a fictitious person : Are you waiting for your lease to end or are you waiting for your deposit ?? We have over 225 sold and closed apartments and another 120 tenant families living here happily. I think you are a non existant persona, or a liar, or a competitor. Manager seems unprofessional. 2 thumbs down. Manager actually seems like a bald-headed jerk. Strike that...he IS a bald-headed jerk!
