I used to live here (rent from owner) which ended up in a total disaster.
Owner went into foreclosure and 'forgot' to tell me...
The leasing office staff is in 'don't care' mood and will try and charge
you more if you rent from them than if you rent from an owner.
Maintenance is poor - the roofs are leaking all over, mine was leaking for months
and nobody came to fix it - I was told it goes in 'priority order'..
HUHHH'''''' I have water coming down my walls and there are others that are
worse off''' That's really bad news already.
1 month after I moved out, I got a call from the maintenance office saying they are now ready to come 'look at' my leak in the ceiling... they didn't even know I had
moved even though I had handed in my parking permit over 1 month prior to the phone call...

| Dear Ms. Venus69, Love your name, besides that we are so sorry that your unit owner/landlord decided to take your rent and not pay the mortgage. There are 368 apartments and less than 5% are vacant. Please come to the sales office, and we will place you in another apartment with the standard one month free rent for a new tenant.
