Maintenance came into my apartment without letting me know ahead of time. A few days went by and I was looking for my diamond eternity band. Low and behold it was missing. I also could not find my digital camera and my genuine Louis Vutton purse. When I alerted the leasing office they could care less. They told me they would look into it. I had to file a police report. TWO WEEKS later I called the leasing office for a follow-up as to whom entered my apartment. They said someone did enter my apartment and signed out the key but could not verify the signature. All of the maintenance workers are still here. When I spoke to several other tenants they told me one of the maintenance workers were a peeping Tom! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMMUNITY. It is quite and the location is great. But, being robbed by workers and not having privacy is NOT worth the over priced apartments. Don't even get me started on the dumpster and all the rats and roaches. Oh, did I mention several apartments have leaks in ceiling and AC is old and moldy'

Dear Tenant, If you are a tenant, please come to the office with the receipts for the items which you claim are missing, and we will investigate and reimburse you if you can provide proof of purchases and the police report and we verify exactly what occurred. Management 954.370.9200
