I have lived here since Oct. 2002. Equity used to own this place when is was Isles at Sawgrass. I have had a couple of issues with maintenance since this placed turned into Isles at Lago Mar. However, I am realistic. Where are you gonna go that has perfect maintenance service 24-7. Do I have a leak in my ceiling' Yes. But, it happened during Wilma. THINGS HAPPEN. Stop being so picky. I currently live in a "condo" that is being foreclosed on. (Not my fault my landlord took my money and did not pay the mortgage.) I told Marlene about my situation and she was so kind. I have lived here for 7 years as a renter and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. If anything I'm going to move into another unit. The location is ideal. Please, don't say I'm a staff member because I don't work for them. I'm just a realistic renter not owner. Maybe people have had their cars stolen and there are roaches. Both unfortunate things that can happen here or anywhere else. The parking lot could use better lighting and better appliances. Can I just tell you that the dumpster area is disgusting because the people that use it are pigs. They are to lazy to go up a few stairs to dump the garbage. Instead they leave it at the bottom of the stairs. Sometimes, I can't even throw my garbage away without hopping over the stairs. I do feel sorry for the person who was robbed by maintenance. My solution would be to CHANGE THE LOCKS!
