I have been living at Isles at Lago Mar for a year. The management team ( Marlene and Pilar) are very very sweet. I had a few issues with my air conditioner and the maintenance team was always quick to fix it. They even ended up installing a brand new air condition unit. We did not have to pay for it nor did they increase our rent for it. The side of the community that I live on has always been quite, I can't tell if any of my neighbors have children or not. They are always having the grass and landscaped done and kept up very well. They wash and clean the stairwell frequently and the main pool and clubhouse area stays clean. If you are good tenants and familiarize yourself with the office personnel, you will have a great experience.

B***S***. Another office staff member trying to pump up sales or rentals. This place is falling apart and they have too many apartments empty due to high way robbery for renters or owners.
