This place a total mess. When it was Isles of Sawgrass it was ok at best but now it is a hell hole. I live next to neighbors who constantly play their music like its college all over again and we have called the cops on them twice but the apartment will not do anything because they are condo owners and we are lowly renters. From 7pm to 10am is unthinkable at any place that truly cares about their tenants and their opinions. I have witnessed, WITNESSED, drugs being sold on the street by another neighbor. You are probably asking the question, "Why don't you move to another apartment'" Well we tried but the lease people said we had to sign another 12 month lease to do that! Let me summarize....loud uncontrollable neighbors, drugs.....move to another apartment and sign another 12 month lease.Who wins here' I have a Broward County Sheriff ready to come out when I have another issue. I already have video and audio footage of what is going on and I am ready to post. The first time the cops came to see my neighbors, the officer smelled marijuana coming from the apartment but he decided to give them a warning. Next time BSO is coming out and it will not be pretty. DONT MOVE HERE. Its one big inconvienance. The garbage is a half mile away and the pools are never in proper order. I have never lived in Section 8 living but this has got to be close.
