I have lived in several apartment communities throughout the US - this one is better than most, worse than some. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building suffers from most new building/urban area issues. Some residents are rude, party too loud and are inconsiderate parkers. The apartments are nice, but fixtures, etc. nothing to write home about. Prices are good. Neighborhood can be a bit sketchy. One resident had bottles threw at him while running. I have had no problems.
