My husband and I were thrilled when the complex was built and became one of the first residents. We thought being within walking distance from my office and so many amenities would really improve our quality of life-- I cannot recall a living situation (even in college!) less conducive to tranquility! Everything the other review says is our exact sentiment. I feel like I am living in Porky's. All night parties every weekend, screaming, horrible parking, lack of windows and thrown-together interiors (cheap carpets, cabinets and tile-work covered in caulk, my closet wall fell in after two months, microwave had to be replaced after six months, etc., etc.,), garbage everywhere. The only saving grace is how nice the property management has been. But we cannot wait to get out.
