In response to all the negative and positive postings:

-I can only imagine that when the renters leave and the only people left are owners the quality of life will improve - if people are willing to throw 200k away I guess that's their business

-Interior apartments are much more tranquil. I imagine it is noisy on the exterior with the train beeping 100 times

-As for the garage collisions, welcome to Florida - collision capital whether in a garage or on I-95! but it would be helpful if they put in mirors

-Fixtures and appliances...basic fixtures but great appliances

-Hallway will quiet down when they install carpets

In summary, I'm extremely happy at Sole formerly Jefferson Place apartments. The problems that were all mentioned are problems that would be encountered in other new buildings. Let's face it it's the market.
