Investment standpoint

From an investment standpoint...this is an excellent buy. This village is going to boom in the next couple of years. Rentseverywhere are skyrocketing due to the numerous condo conversions going on in South Florida. With an average of 8,000 people per WEEK moving into SO Fla you cannot go wrong. You will certainly need to hold your unit for 2 years to see at least a 30% appreciation.
