Just received my appraisal for the condo I purchased at Sole... AWESOME return already and I JUST closed! Ok, so Flagler Village isn't up to par just yet (someone has to be a pioneer and be the first to redevelop a HOT area) but just wait 2 years from now when Strata 315, Eclipse, Courtyards and everything else comes online.

Comments left in Dec from last person re: convenience store across the street are unwarranted, it's clean and they have everything! Also, that person OBVIOUSLY has not priced Downtown Ft. Lauderdale condos... Sole was below market, Just thinking that poor soul wouldn't be able to purchase ANYTHING...ANYWHERE that's why they are RENTING!

Buy here...you'll totally regret it in 2 years (or sooner) if you don't!

I don't think someone will regret buying this POS at the price you paid. These condos are now going for $80 sq ft. (June 2009) and they go even lower.
