Since it went condo, the management has become much worse. The managers spend way too much time on pointless endeavors such as handing out fliers door-to-door threatening residents with $100/day fines if they leave a personal door mat in the hallways. Residents are treated like inconvenient obstacles while management spends 99% of its time trying to sell its overpriced units. The units themselves are good but don't expect any competent "service" from the front office.
