We lived at this property for 4 years but 2 years in our last apt here. The day we moved in there were problems with the AC. It was leaking in the hallway and not coolong down. It was "fixed" but the entire next 2 years we lived there, the problem never went away. It ended up leaking so bad that it leaked into the closet in the bedroom. There was a mildew smell and they wouldn't clean the water up but gave us an industrial fan to try to dry it. That barely worked. When Hurricane Wilma cam we had such bad water dammage to the wall by the door that it turned into black mold. There was also a leak outside by the front door that we complanied about for months to no avail. This was probably the reason for the black mold. It took them forever to fix it a bit. That place is NASTY. The lady in management is rude. Watch out for the rats by the way towards the end of the development!!!
