Dogs are unbearable

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I haven't met any widows here as the other writer states but her dogs are a nuisance. They bark all night until 2 or 3am. I have also observed 4' by 6' litter boxes on the balconies for people too lazy to walk their dogs. Also there seems to be no leash law here.Other than the fact it is going condo everything else it fine.
