I've been a resident for over 2 years and wouldn't choose another place to call home. I moved out for work related reasons and moved right back in. Besides the occasional dog barking, which is typical of any housing allowing dogs, it's not that big of a deal. Convenient to walk to Harbor Shoppes, bike to the beach, go downtown, etc. Great location, the Property Manager Pat is super nice (which is a relatively new mgr), weight room is great, secure with nighttime guard, and the pool is awesome. Outdoor gas grills out by the pool make for a wonderful casual dinner or Sunday funday. Maintenance and upkeep is very high quality-the landings on each floor and constantly being pressure cleaned, painted, the trees are trimmed, the pool chairs placed in rows and propped up! Way better than any other community I've lived in! :)
