I found this place via their website and I have to say, this is the best location in Ft. Lauderdale! I'm new to the area and they had a great party for the boat parade and I have an awesome apartment with wood floors and new appliances. I know they have some older apts too, but I'm paying less than $1,000 for something new! The pool is right on the intracoastal and I've met lots of people here and the staff has been great. My dog loves it too, there's lots of land to run with him on. I can't say more good stuff-I definately reccommend it!
