The location of the apartments, right along the intercoastal water, is fantastic. Close to everything. Unfortunately the apartments are so outdated. I pay $150/mo. in electric because the a/c unit is so old and not energy efficient. The kitchen appliances are falling apart. My dishwasher breaks every week. I gave up having maintenance come over. The guy smells terrible! There is also a cockroach problem... I would call it an infestation. Not just the big palmetto bugs, but the German cockroaches - yuck! The general population of renters is getting worse. If you want to live at Port Royale - buy a condo there.
