good location and more affordable than other waterfront apartments in fort lauderdale. apartments are old and slowly getting outdated but anyone should see this when they are looking at their apartment.
maintenance staff generally responds to calls after two or three times. additionally, i don't think the office staff are the most educated people in the world. i wonder if a few of them know what year it is.
tenant base is a mix of students, working professionals and retirees. port royale is starting to get a little more ethnic as the apartments are getting older and relatively cheaper. many tenants leave their trash out and play music loud but this should be expected in a class "B" apartment.
