Small. Overpriced. Old. Loud. Dirty. Poor renovations (cheap materials). Guidlines lax. Gated community' (any can get in). Not a family atmosphere. Glass around swimming pools after "parties" weekly. Dock looks as if leftover materials used. 2 bed 2 bath $1600.00. NEVER AGAIN!
