I wanted to live here so badly, but after finally moving in I feel I was cheated. At first, 2 days before I was due to move in, they told me the existing tenant never vacated and I couldn't have the apartment I wanted. I couldn't believe it!! I was so angry. So, to make up for it they gave me a larger apartment but in a worse location (for the same price). I get to hear dogs barking 24/7. No joke. It NEVER ends. Inconsiderate neighbors and everything. If you're going to live here, rent closer to the water. Also, watch out for wacko-s in the jacuzzi. Parking is horrible. Have to walk a half a mile to my car daily. I'm looking elsewhere when my lease is up. I do have to say though that the office staff is pleasant and the parties that they have are fun. It's just their apartments are too small for the price and the noise level is out of control!
