I have lived here for one year. My section is fairly quiet. The apartment is small, but you get what you pay for when you want something on the water.

The staff, however, is the worst I've ever experienced. Once the prior property manager left in late 2004, the staff (with the exception of the leasing staff) did nothing.

Odette, the assistant property manager, just tells you what you want to here. In any other company she would be fired for her "lack of customer service" to put it lightly. (I called her four times in my one year at the apartment and not one call was ever returned). Additionally, probably 2/3 of the time I have to call the maintenance staff to remind them of my issue because they did not show up after three days. I suggest sounding very firm on the maintenance hotline to get their attention.

I wish any person who moves here the best of luck. My suggestion is to pay a little bit more and go somewhere else.

I agree. The assistant manager, Odette, is only friendly to whom she wants to be, and i find that highly unprofessional. She is in NEED of a customer service or hospitality course with no doubt!!
