this is my second review regarding the "gated" communtity (yeah right..) Port Royale: I had to stay another year since I didn't have the downpayment for a house where I live in now (yes, I left Port Royale). I moved into a 2 bedroom and boy..we had the cops over many times due to the violence going on upstairs, but this can happen anywhere. All sizes of dogs are allowed. One neighbor once had a great dane in his appartment..When it barked (what it liked as dog) the whole building was shaking. The pools are filthy and the "inmates" are trashy, young people. Parking was better than at the Intracoastal. The kitchen had mildew spots what never was fixed. The air broke all the time. Can't say much about staff since they don't exist. Everyone on their own. Crossing the "streets" in Port Royale is dangerous, watch out for speeders. Stay away from the smelly pond in the middle of Port Royale or you'll get sick.
