I moved to the current 1/1 apartment last year and loved the Intracoastal location. But only one year later, they raised my $1300/mo rent to $1600/mo! Can you expect that huge raise after only one year' And if I extend the lease by monthly, the rent will be more than $1800. The managiment staff including facility services screw up frequently; they loose your document and claim that it is you that failed to submit the document. The leasing office was moved to the best location in the property. They got a view, we got a raise. Though some of their staff and gate gards are friendly, you will be treated as a prisoner here. Majority of people living here are complaining about the management. I am very sorry to say that you will be ripped off.
