Port Royale has a really bad maintenance. We had a leak onto our toilet from the toilet above us. It took threatning to get someone over..which meant someone came by lookded @ it then said they would be back..which meant 2 calls again and a week later they stopped the leak..left a hole in the ceiling till next week.
All the money you pay for "amenities" like the hot tub..Plan on asking repeatedly to actually have maintenance fill it,make it warm or keep the motor working..If your lucky you might be able to find 1 of 3 that works. You can plan on Lawn care being loud and frequent..They are the ONLY ones that work..Oh by the way good luck dodging the amazing amount of little white golf carts that maintenace drive around..How can a place have that many maintenance staff but yet they don't get anything done..unless you count driving around in the way as part of their job>> BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
